Vicki Salemi leverages her human resources experience in training, international human resources and complex global compensation packages, and talent acquisition at a Big 4 accounting firm (since 1995, thank ya very much — at first for KPMG LLP and as of October 2010 with another Big 4 firm!), to speak about fearless networking, tools to get a foot in the door and then ace the interview, and ways college grads may launch their career and everyone else can reinvent themselves. Currently working as an experienced hire recruiter (we know what you’re thinking: How does she do all this and have a life? Two keywords. Time management. And oh yeah, she types like a fiend!) Vicki Salemi combines her passion for networking and interviewing thereby overlapping with her journalism skills requiring spot on interviewing as well. Nifty, eh? She also flexes her communications skills with corporate copywriting as it relates to intranet Web sites, newsletters and more.

Vicki Salemi is an alum of Lafayette College (bachelor’s degree in psychology) and earned her management certificate from Cornell University.
